We earlier reviewed a tweak called ‘Twitkafly’ from Cydia which lets you send tweets from the Notification center. Now, we would tell you about other alternative known as ‘QuickTweet’ which uses the system level integration of iOS to compose tweets. In comparison to Twitkafly, QuickTweet doesn’t do much in terms of the functionality, but many people might prefer it due to the stock user interface.
Also, you can compose tweets right from the notification center. Due to the fact that QuickTweet is a tweak, it won’t add any icon on the springboard. Instead, you can customize it from the settings application. In QuickTweet settings, you would find option to enable the tweak in Notification Center, while composing a tweet wether you want to dismiss the notification center or not and the position of the icon.
By default, the icon would appear on the bottom left of the notification center, but you can change the position to bottom right from the settings itself. QuickTweet is free in Cydia under BigBoss repository. Are you using it already? Let’s know what do you think about it in the comment section.
